This Calzone dough can be used for making home-cooked pizzas, this recipe is really for 2 calzone for two people.
Materials
Water yeast:
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fermipan (instant yeast)
100 ml lukewarm water (lukewarm)
Calzone bread dough:
175 gr plain flour high protein

Calzone Filling:
2 eggs
6 tablespoons milk UHT
1/2 bunch spinach (leaves are preferred)
Onion to taste
Paprika to taste
2 pieces of beef sausage
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
Pepper to taste
to taste Salt
6 tablespoons ready-made Spaghetti Sauce
Optional:
cheddar Cheese to taste
mozarella Cheese to taste
Step
Mix granulated sugar and fermipan, with warm water. Let stand 15-20 minutes until somewhat bubbly.
